I love these ‘Simple Bound’ Journals. They are great fun to make and lovely to use. They lay flat when open, which means no awkward positions that inhibit writing, drawing or other forms of journaling.
Bound with waxed cotton thread and simple tape to offer structure and stability. The one listed here is made using 160gsm Seawhite paper (See separate listings for different paper weights). The ‘cover’ papers are 220gsm.
The 160gsm paper means this journal will easily stand up to any form of journaling, from the simple written word to paint, glue and collage. I hope you enjoy the deckle edges as much as I do ! They give a soft, rather romantic and aged feel to the book.
These journals are the epitome of the ‘Blank Page’, blank covers and blank pages, just waiting for you to make your mark.
