Description
If you feel somewhat jaded by the ‘off the shelf’ & ‘click of a button’ evolution of the festive holidays, this workshop will reconnect you with the spirit of making, sharing and giving.
I made my own Christmas cards last year and they proved to be real talking points with my friends and family who received them, touched by the effort and uniqueness of each card. This couldn’t be a simpler or more effective way of making your family and friends feel special…by sending them something created by your own hands, with care and love.
All materials and equipment will be provided for you to create your own individual handmade greetings cards.
No experience necessary…we’ll spend some time experimenting with the materials and deciding on colours and designs before beginning in earnest. I’ll be there to advise and offer support but you get to decide what you want your Christmas Greetings cards to look like, your theme and colour scheme.
If time allows we can also turn our creative hands to making personalised gift tags.
