These handmade Journals are made from vintage repurposed books. From dusty charity shop find, these books have been lovingly saved and re-purposed by me, for your journaling pleasure.
In various states of disrepair and decay, some over a hundred years old, the book text block has been removed, the spine re-enforced and new papers sewn in, to give these beautiful covers a new lease of life.
The pages are plain, unlined, smooth 130gsm, ivory colour. Sewn together using waxed cotton thread and a 5 hole pamphlet stich directly through the re-enforced spine.
The 130gsm paper means this journal with stand up to the use of different medium, from writing to collage.
